James Markham
Managing Director
James has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector across a range of disciplines including development, investment management, finance, leasing, sales and marketing. James began his career at a major international agency before moving to one of the largest pan-Australian agencies. Since co-founding Markham, he has managed the development of large scale residential and mixed use developments and led real estate acquisitions and their subsequent investment management activities on behalf of both managed funds and clients.
James has a Master of Commerce (Land Economy) from the University of Western Sydney. He is a Director of Markham Investment Management and each of the property fund trustee companies.
