James R. Murchison – Non-Executive Director
James is the Managing Director of Murchisons, a business advisory and accounting firm. He has over 25 years of professional experience including advising the Boards and senior management of leading architectural, engineering and construction consulting firms.
Prior to commencing Murchisons, he held a management position with KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick) having operated in the areas of audit, business services and insolvency.
His experience includes establishing robust corporate governance including risk assessment and management procedures for business, particularly during the start-up phase.
