Michael G. Snarey – Non-Executive Director
Michael has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry in the fields of investment, consultancy, valuation and development. He has held senior positions with international real estate companies including Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle) where he became a European Partner and started a special unit to promote the flow of international real estate funds through group offices.
After leaving JLW, Michael relocated to the USA where he was involved in every aspect of the development of a programme of R & D/Office Service Parks from site acquisition and financing through to project management, leasing, and management of the completed investment. Following his experience in the USA, Michael joined Stantons in Sydney and became Managing Director of the firm where his primary responsibility was the development of the firm's Asian business and to its international alignment.
Michael has been involved in real estate transactions in many countries, covering the retail, commercial, industrial and residential sectors. He is now based in Singapore, consulting on international real estate investment.
