James Markham – Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer
James established Markham Corporation in 1994, undertaking project management of a number of medium to large-scale residential and commercial developments. He has also been commissioned as an advisor for a number of significant retail and commercial projects.
James has 16 years’ experience in the property industry across a range of disciplines including commercial leasing, sales, marketing, property development and investment, property funds management and new venture planning.
James started his career with Chesterton International in the commercial leasing division and subsequently moved to LJ Hookers where he concentrated on residential sales, project marketing, office/industrial sales and commercial/retail leasing.
