We focus on commercial assets (office, retail, industrial) in Sydney and Melbourne, targeting internal rates of return on equity of between 12% and 15% per annum on a pre-tax, post fees basis.
Separate Accounts
We offer investors the opportunity to create individualised separate accounts based on their specific objectives and investment strategies. We are able to provide an integrated management solution, ranging from strategy, transaction management, financing, asset management, reporting and compliance, through to divestment.
Development Funds
We offer opportunities to invest in the Sydney residential market through participation in development funds. Typically structured as separate accounts, or as a capital partnership in respect of pipeline opportunities, we target internal rates of return on equity of between 20% and 30% per annum on a pre-tax, post fees basis.
